    Did you clean and lube the rifle before shooting? Did you try another mag? Does the feed problem occur off the same side of the mag all the time? To check this load so your first round is on alternate sides. Does it catch the next round in the middle or just ride back over the top ending up with an empty chamber? You need to provide lots more info for a reasonable assessment.

    DPMS shipped a bunch of the .308 mags that wouldn't feed.
    They will replace them for free.

    Is it a .308?

    DPMS is the biggest load of crap I've ever seen. I would reather have a sister in a cat house than a DPMS. buy yourself a Colt, Rockriver or a Armorlite.

    +1 on Cpermd's statement. I have built several hundred DPMS guns and they are very good. EVERY manufaturer has issues sometime. DPMS just like all the other manufacturers doesn't make their own mags. Contact DPMS they will make it right.

    yeah, great advice... keep searching for that elusive 308 Colt AR...

    Armorlite... ha ha.

    I have 3 friends that bought 308 DPMSs', one had mags that would not feed. From DPMS, they had a bad batch of mags, lips are not correct. Did not replace, told him to bend mag lips. You buy a SASS and they don't replace the mags?

    I will say, when you up production and have multiple vebdors it does happen.

    Is this a gun you built or was built by someone else, as opposed to bought "already made" from DPMS or Fulton Armory or Remington? If it is a build there could be other (hopefully minor) issues to correct or that might be corrected by a little break in period. Does the bolt hold open on the last round?

    What type of jam are you getting? Doesn't extract, nosedive, double feed? I think CProducts makes the DPMS magazines, I've quite a few in various calibers and they've all worked well including the PITA to feed 7.62X39.

    And wow, I sure am glad my AR10 type is only half DPMS (POF lower) otherwise, you know - it might not work ....[;)]

    The DPMS is a fine gun, I'd break it in with the mags that do work, get to know it a bit 1st.
