Ruger SP 101 22 cal

Just had a knowledgable customer call me looking for a Ruger SP 101 in 22cal. Did Ruger build such an animal? He mentioned something about an "old model", anyone know anything about this?

  4"barrel...sell for around 500.00...mine is from 1994 serial#prefix starts with 570-xxxx

  I also have one of these. I have owned it for ten years, they are great shooters. I bought mine for 189 bucks years ago. I did have any idea they were bringing this kind of money..

  Thanks for all the answers, did a little research and found what he was talking about.
  Now all I gotta do is find one, I looked on the auction side befor I made the original post. Nothing showed, thats why I made the post.

  I sold two lightly used ones (4") at a gunshow in November for $600 & $625...The stubbys (2-3/16")may go for the same or more since they're more concealable...
