Marlin 1894 value?

I have a Marlin Model 1894 and I'm trying to find out it's value. The serial number is 109035 and from what I can find online and in the Blue Book it was mfg IN 1894. Assuming this is correct, with the gun being in 60%-65% condition, chambered in .25-20 WCF, 24" octagon barrel, original wood with dings, dents and a few gouges, but NO CRACKS. No appearence of case colors on the receiver, it appears to have had a blue finish orignally, with mild patina, some freckling, and a bit of pitting. Will post pics as soon as I can...thank you in advance for any help.
