Herter's Bullets

Wondering who made Herter's bullets. I have 4 boxes of 180 grain .323's that I want to load in my 8mm Mauser. They look like some old Speers that I have. Seems like they might make up some good deer loads.
Experience? Information?

  other than I've shot a bunch of Herter's bullet, not much. they usualy shoot quite well

  I believe they were made by Norma or Lapua to Herter's specs.

  I know Norma made their brass....not sure about the bullets.
