nonpaying bidder status

In 2004 I was initially barred from a firearm sale because of a felon who had my exact name and DOB. I sent info to resolve it to the Illinois State Police and the transaction went through about a month later. Now it has come up again and after sending the seller money on gunbroker he has kept the rifle, the money and has listed me as a nonpaying bidder. Anyone know of any remedy as gunbroker has none.

    If you cleared it up once then it looks like you need to go back to the State Police and do it again...You should know the drill by now. We don't handle auction support questions here in this forum, or in any of the Gun Broker forums.

    What is this? Looks like you got locked over in General Discussion too. Go see your State Police buddies again and have them straighten it out for you, just like they did back in 2004.

I don't know who locked you out over on General Discussion but if you sent him this same e-mail then I'm sure he is as concerned about your hissy ft as I am...Which is to say not very much. Who do I think that I am? I don't think, I know for a fact that I am a moderator in this forum and that we don't do auction support questions in these forums. How difficult is that little fact to comprehend?
