70's model 870 wingmaster..for ladies?

Did Remington specify manufacture for ladies/youths, back then?

  In the 80's remington made one. I have one it is called 870 wingmaster limited. it has a shorter length of pull and a 23" vent rib with a fixed modified choke in a 20 gauge
