From the appearance of the wood, mechanism and ramrod, I would date it to the 1960's.

They were sold by Century Arms in St Albans Vermont as late a s 1974. Maybe a few years later. There were at least 3 different versions; the one you have there, a similar one with a roughly 4 foot barrel called a Long Tom Fowler, and a third that was a "reproduction" of a 1763 Charleville with a one piece lock, rather than the two-piece you show in the pix. I bought one of the Charlevilles for use with a Rev War re-enactment militia, and actually shot in a couple of competitions with it: took 2nd place for smoothbore. I paid $114.95 as I recall in '74, and I THINK the one you have there was $69.00. I RECALL THEY WERE ALL ABOUT 67 CALIBER
NB THE BARRELS ARE CYLINDRICAL; NOT HEAVIER AT THE BASE AND TAPERED LIKE A REAL MUSKET. IF YOU ARE SHOOTING IT DO NOT OVERLOAD IT. 60-70 GRAINS BLACK POWDER WITH A ROUND BALL IS PLENTY.
