Ithaca Lightning 12

Was wondering if anyone new anything about the Ithaca Lightning 12 Model custom crafted by SKB S.N.57322946. I'm looking for a stock and forend for this gun, was told the Ithaca's XL300/900 stocks and forends were the same. Looking for any info on this gun,thank you. Eric
