.223 Contender Chamber adapters

So, any one tried these out yet? seems like a pretty easy way to get a .22 barrel for a contender. I was just wondering how easy it is to change the spent .22 cartridge out, since I am sure it swells up in the adapter when fired.. Just wondering.. considering getting one.

  Keep it clean and use a nail or small punch to push out the brass.
