10" factory contender barrel.. 1-9" i think?? Just picked up 200 rounds of brass and some speer 110 tnt's.. also going to load some 120 ballistics for the piggy's. H322 seems popular.

    Hookem 74,

You can't ever go wrong with H4895 and a 140 gr. bullet. Pick choice of bullet for function. Accubond or partition for hogs. Sierra Hornady or Rem PSP if you can find them in bulk for plinking. I bought 40# of Sierra 140's a while back. That seems like a lot...until you start shooting a lot. I use 25 gr. of H4895 and get 2100 fps out of my 14" barrel. Work up to that from 23 gr.

You tried a few at 23, 23.5, 24, 24.5 I hope?? Even if your firearm finds it safe you may think about the recoil to your hands.

My bad, I read 120 and thought 140. That shouldn't be a problem working up from there. Sorry.
