Unusual rear sight

Need help with identification of a sight and can not figure how to get my photo on to this? What should I do?

  I needed help to identify a sight but could not get a photo on here and no one would email me so I could send them the photo so listed it for sale on GB #155655384. If some one could tell me what it was used on, I would appreciate it.
