reloading newbie

I'm thinking about getting into reloading. I am mainly interested in some of the winchester lever calibers. I would start out by reading up on the subject. My question is this; If I could only afford a couple or 3 books , what would be the best titles or "must reads" to get me started?

    Lyman's Reloading Handbook is the one to start with. Read it through a couple times before starting. If you know someone that reloads, see if you can watch them also.

    +1 on the Lymans 49th edition book...should run ya around 30 bucks...go to amazon.com and could be alittle less....the 48th edition will work too
