Reloading after pulling bullets

I had a handful of 270 WSM cases I had to pull the bullets. The last few of a load work up with Mag Pro just seemed to be getting to hot. I pulled with a cam lock puller.

Do you just add powder and bullet or neck size?

  I'd pull the primer pin out and neck size the cases. You might not get the proper neck tension by not doing it.

  I've never found I needed to but for optimal accuracy, you might want to yes.
