GUSTAV H PELGUS ???

Have a very modified H&R Reising M65 trainer that could possibly been a proto-type..under the wood on the barrel in electric pencil is the name GUSTAV H PELGUS..assume he is the one that did the work..contacted H&R but they had no records..anyone heard of him??
