AR Rear Sights.....A question
Will the A2 national match sight aperture fit the wingage screw of a standard A2 sight, or do I need to buy the screw too? I'm trying to get smaller sight apertures on my AR15, but not to interested in shelling out 100 bucks for a whole nm rear sight assembly.
Thanks in advance for any help.

A national match screw and aperture might have finer threads than a standard one. You should be able to only get the screw and aperture. 0 -
I'm pretty sure Brownells has a replacement aperature that screws into to the sight some how and then has 4 or 5 different sized aperatures that you can fit in it. I thought I have one like it lying around here. If I can find it I'll email you through your GB profile. I was sure I bought some thing like that a while back when I could still see. 0 -

Thanks for the offer but I have that set-up too, it came with the rifle. The reason I don't care for it is that you can only use the aperture that has the screw-in bushing. You can't rotate the aperture the necessary 90? to use the other one. I still want two different size apertures avilable, I just want them smaller than the standard sight. Again, thanks for the offer!0
