I am looking for a manual and year it was made.

On the barrel it has this info...

Connecticut Valley Arms, Inc
Black powder only .50 cal
Spain

    With CVA's the first two digits in the serial number are the year of manufacture, at least in the long guns.
    I bought a used CVA Bobcat .50 caliber caplock rifle recently.
    E-Mailed CVA for info and they provided me with a manual to download.
    Try their website, which is CVA.com, or do a google search for them.
