Federal Blue Box/Red Box

Wal Mart used to carry Federal blue box power shock ammo and now they have red box power shock. The powder charge is the same for the specific grain. Appears just to be a change in color?

  I'm not familiar with that particular ammo box color since I never use it, but about 3-4 years ago Federal changed the look of their ammo boxes, including changing the red target ammo boxes to blue boxes.
  
  They probably did the opposite with the ammo you're talking about.

  on the .22 side, the red box lightning is now the blue box champion
