I have 45 rounds of 30-06 Tracer Red tip ammo w/head stamp of "SL 53".,WHAT IS THE VALUE OR history on it.,? Thank's

  The headstamp indicates it was made at the US St Louis Arsenal in 1953. As their tracer was changed to non-corrosive primers in 1952, it may be more desirable to some folks who want to shoot it.
  
  It would sell in the $20-50 range, depending upon variables.
