Need Info on price of gun

Hi,
I am hoping someone here can help me with a value of a gun my dad left me.

357 2 barrel derringer nickel plated. It states manufactured in Germany on the side but Herter's Inc WASECA/Minnesota on the top.
I'd say it was bought in the 60's.

  Hi, welcome to the forum!
  Posting pictures really helps in determining the value, so you should probably start by doing that. Sometimes I'll get on the auction side of GB and see what similar firearms are selling for, not just listed for and see what kind of demand there is. Good luck

  My WAG $75 - $175. Bought one myself back then. They were at best of mediocre quality, the only thing going for them was they were inexpensive. I forget the exact price, but I believe it was less $30?
  
  When the Gun Control Act of 1968 was passed it stopped the importation, so their not that common any more. They were a bear to shoot with .357's. After a couple of rounds, I went back to .38 Special loads. I seriously doubt that they would have held together for shooting many .357's. It was the classic gun that you carried allot, but shot as little as possible.
