Couple of questions about Mossberg

Wanting to get nephew a good all around shotgun.
The Mossberg Bantam 20ga combo how good is it?


Also seen the Mossberg silver reserve O/U due to never owning any O/U shotguns are they any good?

  i like the remington 870 youth model better. more durable

  I purchased a Mossberg silver reserve combo in 28 and 20 gauge. I love the setup. Mind you the silver reserve is not a high dollar gun that starts with a B but has proved to be very reliable and easy to shoot. I was impressed with the look of the gun as well. The reciever looks like the gun should cost more. Just my two cents.

  mossberg,remington will serve the lad just fine

  if you watch the auction side, you can get a mossberg to our dealer for around $150. it may have some use, but if a kid is using it, I wouldn't want them to have something they could "hurt".

  bought a mossberg 500 on the side of the road one day for 85.0. it has since become my favorite hunting shoutgun. works well.
