Winchester 190 Block Spring

Is there a trick to reinstalling the block spring? I have been fighting it for an hour now. HELP! [:0]

  A trick I use is placing book of paper matches between the spring and side of receiver. This acts a guide while you hold the spring with your fingers and push bolt block back so bolt handle can be inserted.

  Great idea, I tried it with a piece of cardboard. still not as easy as I would like but workable and effective! Thanks!
