When it was made

I have been looking everywhere to see when this weapon was made. Its a 25 cal. auto made by FABRIQUE NATIONALE DARMES do GUERRE HERSTAL BELGIQUE Below this it says BROWNING S-PATENT DEPOSE then it has some kind of mark with a line an then P.V then a star then an E and then an arrow. On the trigger guard it has FN and also FN on the grips. serial no. on the side 689394. This weapon is in excellent condition. Any help would be appreciated.

  Browning website does not show a SN that high under the .25 Baby Browning- but does indicate a lack of SN data on pre-import guns-
