Anyone have a good favorite load for the 22 Hornet? Just bought a 14" barrel, Dies and some Brass. I'm anxious to get started!

  Yup.
  
  Brass of your choice, sized almost but not quite FL. Stop about 1/16" from the shoulder.
  
  Rem 6 1/2 (NOT 7 1/2) small rifle or the CCI 500 small pistol primer.
  
  13.0 Hodgdon Lil Gun powder. That's almost a case full.
  
  Any Hornet bullet from 30 to 45 grains. Seat to fit a magazine or to be just off the lands in the Contender.
  
  Lee Factory Crimp Die to set a medium crimp.
  
  You should get 2800 fps and good accuracy. Do not use a hotter primer and do not skip the crimp.
