need help finding a new firing pin for my 22
A buddy of mine gave me a J.C Higgins 22cal long rifle model 130-13 and it needs a new firing pin. The problem I am having is that I can't even find this model on a mode number cross reference sheet. If anyone out there can help me out I would greatly appreciate it.

Howard,
Welcome to the forum. There may be someone out there familiar with your model designations and able to give you the needed cross reference information.
If not, a few good pictures, sharp and close up, would be helpful!

Yes welcome to the forum. Have you looked on gunparts.com? 0 -
Welcome to the Forums.
Can you check the model number? I show a J.C. Higgins model 103.13, which is the same as the Marlin model 81. Below is the page at Numrich Gun Parts.

If you have the old/broken firing pin you may be able to have it repaired. Often all they will need is a bit welded onto the tip with a tig welder. A little filing or grinding and you are back in business..... 0
