Will 760, 7400, 7600, 1100, 870 work with 742 parts. What is difference?

No, some of the guns you listed are semi auto rifles, others are semi auto shotguns, still others are pump shotguns. 0 -
yes i think that they will change out. remington started this i think on the 11-48 0 -
No...all of them most certainly will NOT work. However, some of them will. Like the model 740, 7400, model Four, and the 742 will interchange trigger groups, or fire control groups, if you will. but you need the whole assembly...not just parts or pieces. The 760, is a pump, and the 1100 is a shotgun with an elevator, and the 870 is a pump shotgun with an elevator, none of which will work.

Thanks for replies. I wasn't detailed enough about the other trigger plate fitting. What I should have asked was "are the stripped trigger plates the same"? 0 -

NO...not all of them, and the ones that will fit, must have all their respective parts of the same model.0
