    I've decided to pass on an AR but still want something in 223. Since I love my 870 and pumps in general this seems to fit the bill. I also came across some mags in my gear from the first Gulf War which i'd like to put to use.

    Hows the quality on the current stock?
    Love it, hate it?
    Anything I should know about scope mounting?
    MOA?

    What kind of accuracy are you looking for? Out of the box accuracy is ok. It is 100% reliable from my experience. Barrel is a little short for my liking. I wish it was 20-22 inches. There is an outfit in CO that can make it a real shooter but it is like $800 dollars but they guarantee 1/2 inch accuracy at 100 yards. They have a website...Accuracy Systems is their name.
