Replacment Front Beads??

    LOOK AT THE BEAD, IF THE IS A CIRCULAR RING AROUND ITS BASE IT IS CRIMPED IN. TO REMOVE, CLAMP DOWN ON THE BEAD WITH A VISE-GRIP AND PULL AND TWIST, YOU CAN THEN THREAD THE HOLE FOR 6/48 SCREW.

    I belive it is......I seen where Brownells has the bit set to tap the threads and the replacement fiber beads are pretty cheap....Thank you for your input!!

    you can also use a fiber optic that attaches to the rib. it is very east to install. i like the fiber optic beads, but they are not very durable.
