safe to use?

I have just gotten 2000 Winchester 40 S&W once fired cases. They were shot in Glocks by the police dept. Are they safe to reload and shoot if I use a good medium power load?

  Shouldn't be any problem. We reload brass shot in Glocks all the time.

  An time I reload brass fired in Glocks, I check the the brass very carefully under a strong light. This is after the first reloading operation which consists of full length resizeing and depriming. If the brass has any sort of stretch marks, I discard it. Some Glocks have sloppy chambers, with some of my hot reloads I can only reload the brass once.
