    Can't guess dollar values without seeing at least good close clear sharp pictures.

    But you have a real good chance for a winner on a large frame Colt Lighting pump.

    An Austrian musket is not as big a find. There were all manner of European surplus guns imported here by both sides during the War Between The States, more by the Confederacy which did not have much manufacturing industry.

    Like Hawk stated, condition is everything and you can't tell that without an examination or, at the least, good pictures. Consider that there were only 6496 large-frame Lightnings made between 1887 and 1894, and with the survival rate through the years there are likely less than 1000 surviving, you should have a VERY collectible item. If I were you, I would not do ANYTHING with that rifle until I had an educated and impartial appraisal done. You could be looking at some substantial $$ depending on condition. That is assuming you want to sell a family heirloom that is NOT replacible.
