    Do not reblue it. Instead, keep it lightly coated in gun oil.

    I had the same issue with a .22 - model 74 Winchester. I decided to clean it real well and gently rub all of the metal parts down with break free (synthetic oil). I was successful in getting a light coat of this stuff everywhere. After over a year no rust and it's not "oily" to the touch. You may want to try this first, you can always re-blue if you don't like the results.
