I think these are the model of 1959 but I'm not sure if they are C&R elegible or not.

  There is a M1954, & a M954, but I'm not sure of the difference. And, I can't find a reference showing manufacturing dates, but believe that some variations were made as late as 1968.
  
  In a case like this, the default is "not C&R" unless the buyer can prove otherwise.
