Beretta 92FS with lasergrips

I have a Stainless Beretta 92FS with factory lasergrips, I am the original owner it has been fired very little, I have all the books, the lock, extra clip and it is still in it's original box. What is it worth?

  Is it American made or italian?
  
  
  does it have holster rubs or scratches?
  
  
  How many mags come with it? are they 10 round mags or standard capacity?
  
  If you have extra mags to go with the gun, are they factory or after market?
