Please help identify this S&W!!

    Flayderman says it is a S&W Double Action .38 Fourth Model made sometime between 1895 and 1909. I don't have anything on serialization except the start 322701 and finish 539000, but it is pretty high in that range and therefore probably a "modern" gun per BATF.

    Long barrel is uncommon but the aftermarket renickel (S&W does not plate hammers and triggers.) is going to hurt resale value.
