What is best to use on my Anaconda to keep the finish looking good?

am lookikng at buying a colt anaconda realtree edition. Had a few questions and was wondering if anyone out there can help. 1st, did they make it in a 6" model, or just the 8"?? how many were produced?

no gun is new,it was loaded and fired at the factory then put dirty in the factory box/case...$900 range for selling... 0 -
If the gun has never been fired and it's in the factory box it's considered being NIB..
The $900.00 is about right though..........0 -

Hello, and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker.
While your Anaconda has been fired at the factory, it is considered New In Box, if you have not fired it.
If you have a few computer skills, go to the auction side, and click on revolver's, and then in the search box, type in Anaconda. It will show you a listing of all the Anaconda's up on the auction block. Then use the drop down window to view auctions that have ended, particularly the ones that have bids on, and have sold. It will give you an idea of the going price. I believe for an unadulterated NIB one, you can fetch near $1200.00. a deal to a good friend would be $900.00-1000.00.

grandpaw....I have an Anaconda exactly as you describe, purchased several years ago, never shot and just put up in the safe. As mentioned, check the auction side but I would never let mine go for any less than $1200 as they will do nothing but appreciate in value, particularly if it stays NIB. Good friend or no, no less than $1200 unless, unless, I needed the $ for some emergency...then maybe $1000 or so. Good shooting! 0
