Revolver - Gas Cartridges Only
Hello, I found a nickle plated revolver without any manufactures marks, etc. The only markings on the revolver are the serial number and "Gas Cartridges Only" on the barrel. The double action revolver is like new and appears to be either 32/38 cal. The grips are black rubber and appear to be H&R with the target logo. I've looked on the web and in my books but have not been able to find any results. I would like to know the manufacturer, dates, and value. I know they use self defense guns in europe that fire CS/tear gas etc but this appears to be made in the US based upon the grips and english spelling on the barrel. Thanks

i have seen one other revolver like this. it was amde up on the frame of the H&R model 1904/04 double action large frame. pictures are the only way to tell just what this revolver is. if it is an H&R a five shot cylinder would mean it is a 38 caliber and 6 round cylinder means it is 32. the other one i have seen is for a 38 caliber gas cartridge. 0 -
I've got a couple cans full of those tear gas cartridges. I'll see if I can find them and post a picture. I can't remember what caliber they are but I'm pretty sure they are German made. 0
