GECO airgun

I can't find any info on this gun any help would be appreciated. Its a .177 cal. model 27 it has an S under model # only other markings are a pentagram with an F inside it. this rifle was bought around 1977-78 , thank you.

    The name Geco was used by an importer of air products out of I believe New York city around the time you mention. They imported the German line that now comes in from RWS and the model 27 was one of them. These were great air guns very well made with nicly rifled barrels. The line was later imported by Beemans Air Guns and sold under their name.Beemans sold out to a larger company some years later.If you get some info from RWS you may still find the 27 listed and it would give you the fps and pricing. All that being said I have been out of the business for a few years and I could not swear to RWS even being in business any more. They also went under the name dynamit nobel. WAG
