    I think they probably will fit OK.

    They image you linked to shows elastic bands inside, so that should keep them from moving, and obviously, with the wallet closed, they can't fall out.

    I don't like leather for outdoor use , it draws moisture and with moisture comes rust and corrosion . Uncle mikes has ammo wallets made of Cordura with elastic shell holders I have four of them and you can leave the ammo right in them and it won't turn green
    on you .

    you can't leave brass in the commercial produced and treated leathers, the brass reacts with the oils and moisture and corrodes and turns nasty green

    I took a look at the reviews at cabelas. Many are happy with the way their 45-70 and other large case ammo fits. One guy said 30-30 was a bit loose. From that, it may be a bit loose with 270. Worth a try though if you like the way it looks. Cabelas will take it back if necessary.
