Military medals and pins

I picked up some U.S. and German Army medals and pins. Can anyone suggest a source for reference? Books or websights? I believe they are from WWI.

    GH, go to Google and enter "U.S. Army medals". You'll get some kind of response. If you search around the site you've got a good chance of finding some leads.

    I've sold a lot of medals ... top dollar is on that website we all hate for good reasons.

    And now, anything with a Swastika, SS, or Hitler Youth is Verboten due to San Fransisco Libtard political correctness.

    The value of these items is all over the map, what the books or websites say is irrelevant...what matters is what do they actually sell for, and where can you sell them.

    I sold some Nazi trophies on gunbroker and did quite well with them.

    My advice is to let the market rule...whatever they are worth, they will bring.

    I opened my Nazi Flags and ephemera up at $9.99 on gunbroker, and they did just fine.

    I have no Hitler or Nazi stuff! I have what I believe is a WWI German Iron Cross dated 1914 The one with no pin. However, no ribbon for it, 2 WW1 US Dog tags(I'm told), A pin marked US with a tri pod mounted machine gun, A "Lapel Pin US (size of a quarter), A larger US Pin with NA stamped over it, An engineer pin(I'm told) with a "secret hidden compartment!" maybe for a pill?(size of a quarter), and a small round US "star" with branches around, and a small enameled looking red white and blue rectangular pin with 2 stars on it. As said previously, I'll post pictures when I remember my camera! I was told it's all WWI.........Thanks again to everyone.

    Unfortunately it is the only game in town for antiques and collectibles which I have tons of, and I need to supplement my income.

    I did try to get Dumbay to listen to the sellers, and I did try to get other sellers to let their voices be heard, but they kicked me out of the dumbay forum, that was over a year ago, and I still can't post there.

    Just like any other group of Libtards, they don't like dissent.[:(!]
