Can't find Serial number range of 4,166,XXX. Unless I overlooked it in Canfields book. I see no block for that serial number in his book. Any help. Thanks

  According to Mr. Canfield (American Rifleman, November 2002), the highest Block 2 assigned SN range was 4,000,000-4,707,999. Production stopped in the low 4.2M.

  Not to steal the thread, yet as has been answered swiftly by you... can you elaborate any on the coloration of the reciever in the 03-A3 photo?

  I think BT3 has all the information he needs.
  
  The greenish parkerized finish shown on the receiver is original, as is the blue bolt.
