glock 27 conversion
got a new glock 27 for christmas, went to the range and put 100 rds and totally love it.I have a glock 19 also and I dropped in the 19 15 rnd mag and it;s fit in the 27 really nicely. my question is,can I get the lone wolf 9mm conversion barrel and use the 19 10rd mag or I have to get the glock 23 mag?

I think the 9mm-from-40SW conversions are "supposed" to use dedicated 9mm mags, but it wouldn't surprise me if you could get away with using 9mm rounds in a .40SW mag.
Some guns will let you do get away with this; Try it and see.
This was a common "trick" during the Clinton gun ban years to try and squeeze 11-12 rounds of 9mm out of a limited capacity 10-round .40SW guns.
Using 9mm in a 40SW gun *may* not be quite as reliable, but you should probably only be using the 9mm conversion for fun and practice anyway. If you get a jam on the range. . .no big deal.
If this doesn't work out, its not like 9mm Glock mags are scarce or particularly expensive.0 -
i use glock 22 mags in my 26 loaded with 9mm with no problems
i get 17 rounds of 9mm in a 15 round .40 mag0 -
I have a 27, also. Got the Lone Wolf 9mm conversion barrel for it. Although it works with both the G 26 & G 17 mags, it is somewhat ammo sensitive. Ball ammo functions best. 147 grain Golden Sabers jamed continually. 102 grain Golden Sabers were more reliable, but still jamed occasionally. 0
