Selling guns
I have purchased both black powder and reg cartridge guns on this site. My question is:I do not have an FFL,but would like to sell some guns that I have no more use for(Shotguns rifles etc.) can this be done with out an FFL,if I sell to an individual?

If an older gentleman has about 80 guns, what would be the best way to liquidate them? All are quality pieces. 0 -
Someone without a license (that is, you) can sell a firearm directly to a resident of your own state (state & local law permitting), or to a Federal Firearm Licensee in any state. If you want to sell to an individual in another state, you must ship the firearm to his FFL.
Black powder guns are not considered firearms according to federal law, so they can be shipped directly to an individual as far as the federal government is concerned. However, state & local laws may restrict them. You must determine if they are legal in the buyers location, & you do that by reading State Laws and Published Ordinances - Firearms (ATF P5300.5) on the ATF website.
Read the GB tutorial, FOR SELLERS.
