savage striker trigger

Looking for info. on adjusting a striker trigger
have taken some of the play out but not just
what I would like

  Would it be possible to modify a Timmey or Rifle Basic trigger for a
  Savage model 10 so that it will work in a Savage Striker? They appear to be the same except for the trigger lever, which I could machine off?
  
  I figured it out, it will not work.

  I think Rifle Basix makes a replacment trigger for the Savage Striker, only the rimfire versions, I don't think it will fit the centerfire versions of the striker. Check out Rifle Basix webpage.

  Thanks 5mm, I should have said it was a center fire, Rifle Basic used to make one for the center fire model, but they no longer do.
