Primer & bullet sealing

See some talk on another post about sealing primers & bullets.Can someone elaborate on that a little more?Pros & cons, if loading pulled bullets would this be a good idea to? What is the the proper way to do this with nail polish,after your done loading or during the loading process?Thanks guys

  I personally never do any sealing, but I know there are places that sell sealers for doing what your talking about. I suppose nail polish would work too.
