It absolutely is not a correct or original Winchester Model 1892. That seller is a dishonest crook, and he has tried this same trick before (putting guns together and adding a non-correct box)[:(!][V][xx(].
As was pointed out by Brad Weber, the upper tang is marked "MODEL 1892", and the barrel is marked "MODEL 92". The tells any knowledgable collector that the barrel is much newer than the receiver, and that it was installed by someone other than Winchester.
The cardboard box says "Western Ammunition" on it, which tells the informed collector that it was made after Olin Industries acquired the Winchester Repeating Arms Co. in early 1931.0
