Anyone know if there is a store equivalent of that black spray on rubber sealant as seen on TV? And if there is, name and place to get it?

  Any auto parts store.
  Simple, spray-on undercoating.

  yup auto store they have both a rubberized and ashphalt type

  Walgreens sells it as well and some of the larger malls actually have a As Seen on TV store.
