Remington 870 & 1100 Date of Manufacture?

I've got two 12ga Remington shotguns (one on the way, anyway) and was wondering if anyone could help me identify the year/s these two shotguns were made.

I took the serial numbers off both of the receivers-

Remington 870- S420231V
Remington 1100- L258753V

Any help on this would be great. [;)]

  Seen the sticky above, sub thread rem. its a date code on bbl.
