Don Hume Holster

I have a Don Hume Holster marked H286 NO. 1 4". It is for a revolver. Anyone know what it fits?

  We used to sell Don Hume and have never seen that number.

  That should be a "Bill Jordan border patrol" style holster, with a thumb break retention, in stead of a strap going behind the hammer.
