When I bought my Sheridan many years ago, I didn't need a scope. Now I do, but I can't find one for this air rifle. Any ideas?

You will need the two tools also. They use to sell them with parts right from the factory. Have not rebuilt one in many years. They are not all that hard to work on but seating the valve assembly with the lead seal can be tricky.

The lead seals on either end of valve assy. are soft & deform quite easily so must be installed with a great deal of care as has been mentioned. Pump piston may also need renewing if worn. The job can be frustrating, requires patience & you may wish to leave it to a specialist. I reworked mine after 50 years of ownership, took longer than expected. Was worth the trouble, though.
