anybody know of a good builder who does turkey chokes for 20 gauges?

  Briley will do excellent choke work. They are not cheap.

  If you want to do that to that 385 Mossberg I think I'd buy another shotgun.
  
  
  You are going to spend more then it's worth, and it really won't be worth more to anyone but you.
  
  On the contrary if it's an el-cheapo that you aren't going to ruin the value on it, and if you plan to keep it then maybe it's okay.
