Browning A BOLT Receiver Alignment
Looking at my Browning with the non round receiver I see where the end of the barrel and
receiver align along a sloped surface 90 degrees to the bore. Their is a sloped surface on the barrel and on the receiver.
I am curious how this alignment is done so precisely and held in place as it appears naturally the barrel is threaded into the receiver.

You can't see it, but there is a torque shoulder below the bevel that the barrel butts up to.
I'm not familiar with that action, but there may be an inner torque shoulder also. Don't quote me on that one though.0
